‘I support the QC department. This means that we develop GMP and QMS in the laboratories to a level that can be compared to the pharmaceutical industry. My choice for project-based work was deliberate. Every day it makes me feel good when I see that as consultants we provide an added value and are a real asset for our customers. From the very start it felt that Select Projects and I speak the same language, that we share the same DNA.

On the one hand I notice that Select Projects does everything it can to support the customer as well as possible and to provide an added value. Reliability is invariably key. On the other hand Select Projects monitors the health and safety of its workers. The project co-ordinators are always available and are closely involved in our day-to-day projects. At the same time they give us the freedom to properly integrate at the customer and provide opportunities to express and develop our ambitions. This is all very positive for me.’
